Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment for Pro or Premium subscriptions. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a refund: (a) the request must be made within 7 days of the payment date; (b) technical issues preventing use of the service may qualify; (c) duplicate or accidental charges may be refunded. Refunds are not typically granted if you have used a significant portion of your paid quota (e.g., more than 50% of Pro questions).
Contact us with your registered email, the date of payment, and a brief reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (GCash/Maya) within 14 business days.
Free trial usage and bonus questions are not subject to refund. Once a plan period has largely been used, refunds may be declined.
